SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free shipping in the tri-state area for orders placed in person or via phone.
All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
All orders take 24-48 hours to process before shipping. All orders are shipped out of New Jersey.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Onore Clothing insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you the customer.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Onore Clothing will cover shipping costs for (1) one return or exchange per order. Shipping costs for additional returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after your initial purchase.
All returns must be returned new, unused, un-altered and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Due to the select nature of our merchandise, Onore Clothing cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at Onore Clothing, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
